The following is information on options available for Maryvale children before and/or after school. FLES and HOS are run by MCCPTA-EPI (Montgomery County Council of Parent Teacher Associations-Educational Programs, Inc., and they are endorsed by the Maryvale PTA and MCCPTA.
FLES (Foreign Language in Elementry Schools) Spanish classes are offered before school on Tuesdays from 8:20 – 9:05 am for K & 1st graders and begin October 18; and classes begin on October 4 for 2nd – 5th graders from 8:05 – 9:05am. Information went home in the Monday folders the week of September 6th.
